He is a member of the Institute of Directors, UK. Mr. Goburdhun joined Rose Hill Transport Limited in 1990, was appointed as Managing Director in 1994 and is a member of the Corporate Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

He is a member of the National Committee on Corporate Governance, is Chairman of Island Communications Ltd, a subsidiary company of Rose Hill Transport Limited and assumes directorship in Showbizz Entertainment Ltd. and Viva Voce Ltée, associate companies of Rose Hill Transport Limited, as well as in Sun Insurance Ltd. Since September 2008, Mr. Goburdhun was appointed director of the 4 newly incorporated subsidiaries, namely RHT Investments Ltd., RHT Properties Ltd., RHT Ventures Ltd. and RHT Bus Services Ltd.

Mr. Goburdhun was a Director of the Mauritius Commercial Bank (the largest commercial bank in the region) from 2001 to 2007 and was a member of the Conduct Review Committee and Risk Monitoring Committee. He was re-elected as director as from December 2008.
Mr Uday Gujadhur, MIoD
Mr Gujadhur has over 25 years of professional experience in the fields of auditing, taxation, consulting and offshore business. Locally, he has been involved in advising both local and international firms in various business sectors including investment funds seeking listing on the Mauritius Stock Exchange.

Mr. Gujadhur was until October 31, 2008 the CEO and Director of a leading management company and has dealt with fund structuring, tax planning, trust and global business company formation. He has participated and spoken in several Offshore International Tax conferences.
Mr Gujadhur was a member of the Consultative committee set up by the Government of Mauritius to advise on the reforms to the Non banking financial services sector in 2000 which led to the setting up of the Financial Services Commission and the enactment of a new legal and regulatory framework in 2001.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts, UK and is the Founder member of the International Fiscal Association IFA, Mauritius Branch and its current Chairperson . He is also a member of the Institute of Directors, UK.
At present Mr Gujadhur serves as a Non Executive Director of several companies including listed funds .He provides tax and consultancy services to International and Mauritius domestic companies.
Dr Sidharth Sharma CEng.
Sidharth has a doctorate from the University of Bristol in Telecommunication. He has published several technical papers in industry journals on dynamic cellular network planning. Sidharth is a registered Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council in the United Kingdom.

He is currently an executive director with RHT Group and its subsidiaries namely RHT Ventures Ltd., RHT Bus Services, RHT Properties Ltd. and RHT Investment Ltd.
